OVERALL ASSESSMENT AND COMMENTS It is sustainable but is an early attempt to generate enough OA publishing to enable the financial sustainability of a more transitional version of the agreement in future years. Subscription payments for existing subscribers will need to be brought into the agreement in future years. The efficacy of the agreement will be reviewed by Jisc throughout its term.
