If OA article entitlement is exceeded, Wiley can invoice MSU directly for additional OA article coverage. Wiley also offers an APC discount. There is no article entitlement rollover into subsequent years. The total fee of this offer is to provide reading access. |

We do think this is sustainable with regards to costs and operations. Our researchers are glad to have full read access to the Wiley journals… they are popular and well used here. We think it is an added bonus to have the opportunity for our researchers to have the option to publish OA in Wiley journals – feedback is overwhelmingly positive. |
