OVERALL ASSESSMENT AND COMMENTS We were negotiating for an all-inclusive agreement with unlimited publishing in all hybrid and Gold journals of all T&F portfolios. T&F was not willing to give unlimited publishing, but we negotiated a cap that should cover all our articles over the next four years.
