| OVERALL ASSESSMENT AND COMMENTS | While we desired a deal with unlimited OA publishing, this proved to be not feasible. The deal we reached is an affordable compromise giving us a limited OA allocation, while not requiring all members to subscribe to the full RSC journal collection. |
