OVERALL ASSESSMENT AND COMMENTS

Agreement is sustainable. Read fee will possibly go down based on the number of articles RSC publishes on the OA side vs the subscription side.Overall, this is a good starter agreement with RSC. They were very easy to work with. Regular US sales reps understood the OA model and could answer questions about it.
