RISK SHARING

How do entitlements for open access publishing correlate to the anticipated article output? Which mechanisms for risk sharing have been agreed in cases of exceeding or not reaching the number of oa publishing entitlements?

 If the number of entitlements will be reached, a certain corridor has been defined in the contract in which a certain number of additional articles will be published with no extra cost. Publication beyond that corridor will have to be bared entirely by the author (not HEAl-Link). In case of not reaching or partially reaching the agreed number of publications, these remaining publications aren’t transferred to the next year of the agreement.
