OVERALL ASSESSMENT AND COMMENTS
While not sustainable in the long term, this agreement, representing a reduction in total costs, is more sustainable than the previous one (2021-2023), the value of which decreased over time as a result of OUP journals flipping to OA during the agreement term. For this agreement, flipped journals will remain eligible. In contrast to the previous agreement, this agreement also includes fully OA journals through APC discount.
