65% of anticipated article output year one, 75% year 2, 85% year 3.
Customer takes all risk, but the risk is low. Publisher shall convert articles that have not been published OA due to publisher’s failure.
Remaining funds will rollover to year 2 and 3 but will be lost when the license ends.
