|OVERALL ASSESSMENT AND COMMENTS
|The agreement allows unlimited read access to Optica titles. Open access publishing is unlimited in 2022 and will be assessed for 2023 and 2024. OA publishing covers research and review articles in selected Optica titles. The price is based on current spend and mean publishing output 2018-2021. There is a minimal increase in years 2 and 3.
