If articles within the allowance remain unused at the end of any given year, they will not roll forward and are unable to be used at a later date. In the event that the level of gold open access publishing in the included journals exceeds their allowance, KAUST shall pay additionally for APCs at IOP’s standard rates, to which KAUST is entitled a 10% discount. |
