OVERALL ASSESSMENT AND COMMENTS This agreement allows unlimited access and unlimited OA publishing by UK corresponding authors in all IOP owned and managed titles in 2020 and will have the option to include partner journals from 2021 for an additional fee to offer 100% OA publishing. This agreement is flexible in that institutions have the option to include the OA publishing or pay a “read fee”.
