– Subscription for Non Journal Content (NJC)

Subscription is reduced by 21%, the share of journals in the IEEE Electronic Library (IEL).

Open Access share is based on the publication volume of the last two years on average.

Participants receive a number of APC’s that are 25% higher than the average of the last two years. This contingent can be used in a two-year-period.
