With this agreement, CSIC-Spanish National Research Council is satisfied because it is a cost neutral agreement. In addition, it has been beneficial in extending the reading to the entire institution, whereas previously, the access was only for 15 subscriber institutes. The number of publishable OA articles is unlimited. The only reason for dissatisfaction is that the Gold OA journals are not included into the agreement. |
