The agreement offers unlimited OA publishing in CUP’s hybrid and fully OA titles. A 10% APC discount is available for articles published in Cambridge Prisms and Research Directions for 2024. From 2025, the latter, too, will be eligible for free OA publishing. |

| Comments on workflows | Too early to assess. Some issues due to the cyber incident CUP faced earlier this year but the CUP staff has been very helpful. |

We think it is both sustainable and transparent with regards to costs and operations. The model represents a way to move away from our current model based on subscription spend + APCs in the wild to a one based on publishing output. |
