| Comments on workflows | Publisher’s process of matching author’s eligible articles is in need of improvement / unsatisfactory. Consequently, in the past contract term a large amount of eligible articles have not been published OA in the first instance and needed to be converted to OA retroactively in a manual process. Publisher has indicated willingness to improve the author workflows. |
