OVERALL ASSESSMENT AND COMMENTS The practical implementation of the agreement will be assessed by Jisc throughout its term. This agreement transitions a significant proportion of UK research publishing output towards open access. We will be working with ACS throughout the agreement term to monitor and address the gap in UK and global participation in open access.
