The full amount of the previous spend is recalculated as APC budget in the form of OA credits (tokens). The calculated credits are expected to match and cover the expected annual article output. Unused credits will be transferred into the next year, even after expiration of the contract. In case the credits will not cover the output, each additional article will be invoiced separately. |
