Subscriptions fully converted to oa publishing fees (access related costs 5% or less)
CAPS AND ALLOWANCES The full amount of the license fees are recalculated as APC budget in the form of OA credits (tokens). The calculated credits are expected to cover the expected annual article output of the participating institutions. In case the credits will not cover the output, each additional article will be invoiced separately.
