| RISK SHARING

Fees are fixed for each of the three years of the contract term based on an analysis of recent publishing output. All publishing output during the term of this agreement will be made Open Access, without further payment, regardless of any changes in publication volume. Should publishing output change in either direction over the term of this agreement, this information will be used to assign institutions to tiers in future iterations of the agreement. |
