RISK SHARING

 Each year’s fee, during the Subscription Period, will be based on a projected number of articles published (Article Projection) at an agreed APC rate, including a 12.5% discount (Hybrid) and 20% discount (Gold). There will be a 10% “buffer” to the Article Projection, meaning that the Licensees may publish up to 10% fewer, or 10% more articles than the projection, without any change to the agreed fees.
