Annually the universities have 101 vouchers for publishing articles in the journals of the packages they subscribe to. They cannot take the vouchers to the next year in case of underpublishing, and the researchers have to pay for the APC costs themselves when exceeding this number of 101. They are warned for that when the number is almost reached. |
