Comments on workflows The procedure when an article doesn’t get the benefit is confusing for authors. Elsevier biases the author to pay for Open Access, which has left us in uncomfortable situations.
OVERALL ASSESSMENT AND COMMENTS It was a really great deal for increasing open access. We need to adjust the risk sharing strategy.
