WORKFLOW ASSESSMENT Deficient
Comments on workflows Publisher’s process of matching author’s eligible articles is in need of improvement/unsatisfactory. Consequently, in the past contract term a large amount of eligible articles have not been published OA in the first instance and needed to be converted to OA retroactively in a manual process.
OVERALL ASSESSMENT AND COMMENTS Future agreements need to further reduce the access costs and aim at unlimited publishing
