RISK SHARING

The full amount of the previous spend is recalculated as APC budget in the form of OA credits (tokens). The calculated credits are expected to match and cover the expected annual article output. Unused credits will be transferred into the next year. Introduction of an article corridor for under- and overpublishing, which is settled at the end of the three-year contract term.
