OVERALL ASSESSMENT AND COMMENTS |
Historically IReL has only licensed T&F’s SSH and Medical collections (not the Science collection). This continues into IReL’s 2021-2023 and 2024-2026 TAs, where we can we do not have read access to the Science hybrids, but they are eligible or OA publishing. This limits our ability to transition to OA with this publisher. We project that the currently agreement will cover only an estimated 60-70% of our output. |
