If in 2023 the total number of APC allowances is exhausted, up to 10% of the following year’s APC allowances may be used in 2023.
Authors that have not identified themselves as affiliated to a subscriber or have not selected open access prior to publication have possibility to retrospective open access publishing. Authors who have erroneously paid their own APC will be entitled to request a refund. |
