OVERALL ASSESSMENT AND COMMENTS The waiving of an article quota is seen as very positive and forward-looking. This also applies to the combination of publications in fully Open Access journals and hybrid journals. However, it is possible that the good conditions only show that the subscription expenses were too high in the past.
