Comments on size/article output | This agreement consists of two parts: an unlimited Read and Publish (R&P) agreement and a capped Publish and Read (PAR) agreement.
Institutions are allocated to the R&P or PAR agreement based on previous spend and publication activity. While the PAR element is capped the cap is set to cover over 100% of anticipated output, plus an additional buffer to allow for growth. |
