APC Reports

Purpose of a report is to provide data for institution to aggregate, archive, and analyze data. Where institutions cover APCs for their authors centrally, e.g. out of publication funds at the library, they have to account for all the money spent. Depending on the amount of publications publishers should provide institutions with monthly, quarterly, or yearly reports as a compilation of all relevant data related to the covered publications. Reports as well as submission alerts and invoices, shall be provided both in a machine readable format (preferably CSV) and in a human readable format.
